EmployeeViolations Class

A collection of violations for an individual employee. The constraints are from the employee's contract and day on/off and shift on/off requests.

	Penalty	The persons's total penalty due to their soft constraint violations in the solution.
	SkillsLabel	A label for the person's skills.
	Violations	The constraint violations for this person.
